Tropical Island Photo

I just got back from an interesting adventure in Dominican Republic. A really beautiful country surrounded by emerald, crystal-blue water as the eye can see, yet my personal experience there was quite unique and different than majority of the visitors I imagine. I got the opportunity to really… see how the locals live and would estimate that most of the people there are living below the poverty line yet amazingly they make due with what they have. This experience has certainly given me a bigger appreciation to everything I have and to never take simple things like A/C & running hot water for granted.
