Texas Landscape Images

The past 2 weeks I have been chasing, hunting, and photographing Texas wildflowers like a mad woman, as I was on a mission to add more photos of Texas landscape in my portfolio. As a Texas native, I want to represent this state and be able to showcase her beauty. I hope I have been doing it justice.

This was shot this morning as I was hoping for some fog and clouds, but I didn’t see either that I hope for initially when I woke up at 4:45 a.m. Fill with an excitement from the possibilities of getting some clouds and fog, I didn’t sleep well at all so as you can imagine when the alarm went off I was extremely exhausted and had just given up any possibilities. Luckily, my wonderful and supportive husband encouraged me to go and reminded me that I wouldn’t know unless I go. I think it paid off, as this has to be one of my favorites Texas bluebonnet photos. You can’t see from this small photo, but there is fog in the distance. Read my other posts about Texas bluebonnets, Texas wildflowers, and Texas sunflower.
