Oklahoma Landscape Picture

I have been fortunate in my life to have so many opportunities to travel, see, and photograph different parts of the United States. However, lately all my travels have been somewhat close to home as I realized now that there are beauty everywhere you look, you just have to change your perspective. The mountains here in Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma are tiny compared to the Rocky Mountains National Park in Colorado, but nonetheless they are still beautiful.

Living in North Texas has it advantages none are which are the highway constructions and traffic. The advantage personally for me is that I am relatively close to the border of Oklahoma and Arkansas and not too far from the Texas Panhandles or even the Texas Hill Country. There are so many places I have yet to explore and I hope with some time I will be able visit and photograph more scenic places close to home.
