Fall Colors in Texas

People often go to Lost Maples State Natural area to see fall colors in Texas, but in East Texas there are hardwoods and cypress trees that has an amazing display of fall foliage. What makes Caddo Lake State Park unique is the moss that grows in the bald cypress trees and in combination you would see a little of everything including hardwoods and pine trees.
