Caddo Lake State Park is a sprawling maze of bayous and wetland located on the border between Texas and Louisiana covering 26,810 acres of cypress swamp. Caddo Lake is the 2nd largest natural lakes in the South and features the largest cypress forest in the world. A photographer’s delight as this Texas state park consist of cypress trees, American lotus, water lilies, waterfowl, alligators, turtles, white-tailed deer, and barred owls all waiting to be discovered!
