As a honeymoon trip, I decided to backpack in Denali National Park in Alaska with my husband. As you can imagine, sleeping in the tent, eating backpack food, and not showering for days isn’t what most newlyweds considered romantic. Fortunately, my husband was quite the trooper and I knew I owed him a real honeymoon trip as he put up a lot with me and my photo expedition this past a couple of years. Unlike Alaska, this trip in Kauai, Hawaii was much more relaxing as we got a chance to sleep in a comfy bed, sipped some Mai Tai, watched the sunrise and sunset in the beach, felt the ocean breeze, and did nothing but relax. Of course, I always felt a little antsy and when he wasn’t watching, I took my camera bag and snap a couple of shots. Here is one I managed to take while he was drinking some coffee. 🙂
